Butler’s Courtyard

Gorgeous event venue boasting historic elegance with a hint of rustic glamour

This award-winning, premiere event venue blends historic charm, timeless elegance, and industrial design elements to create a beautiful setting for weddings and other special events.

First built in 1909 and located in the heart of the historic district, the property was once the location of League City’s first bank. Since then, the building has seen many businesses come and go including a post office, café, hardware store, drug store, and residential apartments. Only recently in the building’s long history has its antique appeal served as a stunning backdrop for momentous occasions, private events, and nuptial celebrations.

The property features the industrial-chic Grand Hall, which preserves the distressed look of exposed brick walls, worn textures, wood beams and matte metals, and pairs it with modern design elements like stylish chandeliers and high-gloss stained concrete floors.

Also featured on the property is a rustic barn with small-town western flair, a lovely courtyard with bench seating, a romantic gazebo, and waterfalls. Drop by for a tour to discover the property’s rich history.
