DAY OF THE DOG
A family & pet-friendly Halloween celebration in League City
Safe Trick-or-Treating • Food Trucks • Costume Contests • Crafts • Games
Trick-or-treat down Walker Street where elaborately decorated tents and costumed characters will pass out candy. Bring your dog along because this event is a celebration of pets—those living and those who have passed on. There will be treats, a food truck, vendors, and an opportunity to honor pets who are no longer with us.
Costumes are encouraged (for people & pets)!

Day of the Dog Activities
The Day of the Dog will begin at Helen Hall Library, where families and their pets can stroll down Walker St. (closed off to traffic) and trick-or-treat from booths decorated by City departments. Trick-or-treating ends at League City Animal Care where the remaining Day of the Dog activities will take place. Parking will be available at the library and around City Hall.
Halloween at the Library
October 30, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Helen Hall Library will be hosting a full day of Halloween activities leading up to Day of the Dog. They will have candy, crafts, and a "pumpkin walk" outside. Don't forget to cast your vote for your favorite pumpkin! The library is a Teal Pumpkin participant, and has non-candy options for kids with food allergies.
